	Vienna			Ekonomhuset was established in 1982 by Mr. Lars-Erik Olsson. Mr. Olsson holds a B. SC. in Economics from Lund University. Lars-Erik has led numerous M&A transactions such as the sale of Arevall Plast AB, and several hydraulic lifts manufacturers as Ingenjorsfirma JIHAB and Sfarus AB. Mr. Olsson also advised on transactions with producers of trailers such as Savsjoslapet to Midway Holding AB and Star Industrier to Thulegruppen, owned by Candover, and the sale of Laio Metall to Hermanders AB. Mr. Olsson also advised various car retailers such as Njudungs Bil AB retailers for Opel, Fogelstroms Bil AB (Peugeot), and Svedala Bil AB, at the time the largest Mitsubishi retailer in Sweden. In the printing industry Ekonomhuset advised Malmo Central Tryckeri AB, on the sale of Etikettsystem i Skurup AB to Systemetikettering A/S of Norway. Mr. Olsson also acted on the sale of the contractor Markaryds Grus to NCC AB and the sale of real estate properties of Byggma Syd AB to HSB.
